Harry Bartlett
Principal
Harry started Bartlett Interactive in 1998 and has spent the last 11 years specializing in Interactive design, development and Internet marketing. Harry focuses on creating well designed web sites that utilize the latest Internet marketing tools and technologies. Along with starting Bartlett Interactive, Harry was a co-founder of the interactive design studios Cadent.com and Satoria Interactive. Previous to these firms Harry was a multi-image designer at two Boston design studios (C Squared and Business Graphics) working on projects for clients such as Digital, Polaroid and Lotus as well as a photographer shooting for clients such as IBM, Hill Holliday and Reebok. Harry is also the founder of the non-profit ConcordConserves.org, an online environmental community. He is a member of the American Institute of Graphic Arts, the Massachusetts Innovation Technology Exchange and the Responsible Business Association. Harry received a BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design in 1984.

Debra Piquette
Project Manager/Internet Marketing Consultant
Debra wears many hats at Bartlett including project manager (requirements analysis, resource allocation), content developer (user experience, information architecture, copywriting) and Internet marketing consultant (Search Engine Optimization, e-mail marketing, Pay-Per-Click, Social Media marketing and analytics). Her skills are used to help organizations enhance their brand messaging, increase visibility, attract new customers and drive sales by increasing site traffic with a more comprehensive and effective web presence. Debra has extensive hands-on experience using the latest web tools and technologies such as Drupal, WordPress, Ubercart, e-commerce, SalesForce.com, online Chat, Slide Show Pro and database applications. She also heads up quality assurance and testing on most projects. Debra has several years of marketing experience and received a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Connecticut.

Ben Davis
Web Developer
Ben has over 5 years experience developing websites and web applications for a wide range of clients. Ben specializes in building sites with a variety of technologies including XHTML, CSS, PHP, jQuery, MySQL, XML, CGI/Perl and the content management systems Drupal and WordPress. When Ben is not coding he can be found skiing (a NASTAR National champion) or hiking the length of the Appalachian trail, which he did in 2008. Ben is a graduate of Lyndon State College, with an AS in Computer Science and a BA in Digital Media.

Lauren Wallimann
Designer
Lauren specializes in branding, web design and print design for B to B, B to C and non-profit clients. She is skilled in creating clean and compelling user interfaces for websites and well crafted logo illustrations. Lauren has extensive experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash and Dreamweaver), content management systems (Drupal and Wordpress) and other online tools such as Campaign Monitor. Lauren won a scholarship and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Marist College, majoring in Digital Media as well as minoring in French and Global Studies. When not designing, Lauren can be found in galleries and museums as well as pursuing her interests in European culture, travel and literature.

Kate Venkauskas
Web Marketing Specialist
Kate specializes in online marketing (Social Media, SEO, SEM and email marketing) and content development (information architecture and writing). She helps clients increase their online visibility, sales leads and engagement with their target audiences through inbound marketing best practices. Kate is also experienced with content development and content management systems such as Drupal and Wordpress as well as the Adobe Creative Suite. Kate graduated with a B.S. in Public Communication from the University of Vermont. She also interned at the social media agency hearforward where she worked on the Seventh Generation account and political campaigns. When not glued to her computer Kate can be found hiking, skiing, biking and reading modern American fiction.

Dan Castellon
Web Developer
Dan has extensive experience developing websites while at Web2Studios, a web design and development business he started in 2009. Dan specializes in PHP web development, responsive web development for mobile sites, e-commerce and development for the open source content management systems Drupal and WordPress. He is well versed in CakePHP, Twitter Bootstrap, jQuery, CSS3, LESS, Compass, HTML5, MySQL, Javascript and Linux. While in High School, Dan and his future business partner won an award from Business Professionals of America in information technology, taking first place in Massachusetts and third nationally. Dan studied programming at Fitchburg State before starting his own web design and development company.

Sally O'Neil
Controller/Human Resources Director
Sally O'Neil co-manages the financial activities and administers the human resources for our growing company. She brings over 8 years of experience in small business administration to the group. Prior to that, she was Director of Marketing and Sales for a software company in Burlington, MA, marketing data mining products to Fortune 500 clients. She attended Washington University (St. Louis), Purdue University, and the University of Houston and holds a B.S.E. in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering and a B.S. in Economics.

Moses Blumstiel
Senior Web Developer/Technology Consultant
Moses has over 9 years experience developing websites for such organizations as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, ZDNet, Innov-X Systems, Commonwealth Corporation, Lightship Telecom and GSI Group. He has extensive experience with web development technologies including; PHP, DHTML, HTML, CSS-P, Javascript, CGI/Perl and content management systems (Drupal), as well as design applications such as Macromedia Flash, Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Moses received a B.S. from Emerson College in 1996.
