UX DESIGN FOR THE IDX SYSTEMS PATIENT-PROVIDER PORTAL
IDX Systems Corporation, now GE Healthcare, creates software that enhances communication channels and the exchange of data for the Healthcare industry. IDX needed a user interface for its Patient Online application which allows patients to send messages to their physicians, renew prescriptions, and request doctor appointments. The look + feel, information architecture, and overall interface needed to be easy to use, compelling and appealing to a broad audience.
