210 South Street is a newly developed 54 unit luxury condominium building near South Station in Boston. The Boston Group developed the property and hired us to create a logo, website, brochure, post cards, advertisements and corporate identity collateral. 210 South is a neo-classical building of historical significance in the center of the leather district, a neighborhood and commercial district uniquely preserved sharing similarities to SoHo in New York. We developed the tag line 'Luxury, Lifestyle, Location' and emphasized these qualities throughout the marketing materials.
