Blue Stream Labs, now a part of Charles River Labs, came to us for a new website and inbound optimization. At the start of the project we aimed to match their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through implementing SEO best practices in order to target their website for the right type of customers they are looking to communicate with. Bartlett sought to increase brand visibility, quality website traffic, and quality leads. Through our work over a 3 month period not only did traffic increase, but also the quality of that traffic was improved.

Results Achieved

  • Doubled website leads while increasing the quality of the leads
  • 70% increase in website traffic (pageviews)
    • Only a 1% increase in bounce rate - typically we see greater increases with high increases in traffic. This is an example of precise SEO targeting, gaining the right type of traffic.
  • 12% increase in pages per session
  • 53% increase in average session duration
  • 66% increase in organic traffic
    • 10% decrease in bounce rate from organic traffic
    • 19% increase in pages per session from organic traffic
    • 69% increase in average session duration from organic traffic

SEO actions resulted in increased conversions, increased brand awareness, and an increase in the quality of visitors to the website. In just 3 months time, the company saw increased brand visibility and quality traffic that brought in qualified higher-converting visitors.
